Andrew “Andy” Hetzel Jr

Andy has been the principle owner of FyterTech since 1996. Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Andy has a deep commitment to Wisconsin. Though as the business has expanded to a worldwide footprint, it has been his pleasure to help guide FyterTech to the thriving company it is today. He is most excited about growing in the various communities the company operates in and is committed to giving back to those communities that our employees call home. When Andy is not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife Stephanie and blended family of five kids, four grandchildren and of course, his dog Toby. He is an avid outdoorsman and sportsman who loves to hike, water ski and snow ski. And of course, Andy loves watching the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Bucks.
Suneer Patel

Suneer joined FyterTech in 2022 after working 25 years at a plastics extrusion company in Oshkosh, WI specializing in materials for the healthcare and graphics industries. During this time, he held a variety of ever-increasing responsibility roles in Operations, Quality Management, Market Management, as well as Product and Process Development. Suneer lives in Neenah and enjoys spending time with his wife Rae and their daughter and son. He grew up and attended college studying Polymers and Textiles in the southeast which explains his passion for college football and his adopted team, the Green Bay Packers.
Matt Wild

Matt has been the CFO for FyterTech since 2014. Born and raised in Wisconsin, Matt received his degree from UW Madison and proceeded to gain experiences within the B2B and consumer goods industry with roles in Wisconsin, Georgia, Minnesota and the UK. Overseeing accounting, finance and IT at FyterTech, Matt is involved in many integral projects and is excited about the opportunities we have to improve our ability to serve our markets. Matt, his wife Jen and two daughters love spending time outdoors, whether that is on the water, grass (soccer or softball), snow, ice or any other activity in the Wisconsin Northwoods.
Nathan Genke

Nathan joined FyterTech in 2011 and has been integrally involved in its rapid growth, leading the expansion of its manufacturing footprint and capabilities. He's passionate about manufacturing process improvement and developing new products that solve our customers' problems. Outside of work, Nathan spends his time with his wife, Jenny and their three kids along with his dog Cooper. As a native of Green Bay, he enjoys all that Northeast Wisconsin has to offer particularly canoeing on the area lakes. When he doesn’t satisfy his desire to make things at work, he can be found building furniture as an avid woodworker.

Starting in 2023, Jon-Michael joined FyterTech as its sales, marketing and customer experience leader. His career spans over 20 years and brings a diverse and unique combination of sales, marketing and financial acumen to the business having excelled in executive roles with other leading manufacturers within the industrial distribution space. Jon-Michael lives in Holden, MA with his wife Amanda and their three children Wesley, Taylor and Bennett.
Sanjay Wahal, PhD

Sanjay joined FyterTech Nonwovens in 2022 bringing over 25 years of experience leading Research, Product Development, Innovation, Quality and Commercialization functions in the areas of nonwovens, wipes, polymers, materials, filtration, and absorbent products. His previous employers include Georgia-Pacific, Diversey, Reynolds, Celanese, and Cabot. Sanjay earned his doctorate in chemical engineering from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. He is an inventor / co-inventor of 21 patents awarded / pending. Sanjay, a native of Appleton since 2005, enjoys spending time with his wife, Anupama. They have two daughters Shweta and Arpita. In his free time, he enjoys travelling, hiking, tennis and watching cricket.

Chad joined FyterTech with 23 years of labor relations experience primarily in manufacturing and the financial services area. Throughout his career Chad has held several leadership and executive roles developing and creating a positive work environment for all employees, while driving individual ownership and collaborative results. Chad is a native of Wisconsin where he earned degrees in Paper Science and Business Management / Human Resources. Chad grew up and currently resides in Fox Valley area with his wife Carie and their three children. Chad and his family enjoy hiking, boating, attending sporting events and traveling.

Scott was one of the first employees ever hired (#12 to be exact) and is a great example of the advancement opportunities available to our hardworking team. He started as an assistant operator of a production line and is now the plant manager for FyterTech’s Bond Street site in Green Bay, WI. He describes his work at FyterTech as the three F’s: fun (every day is fun), family (working where they truly treat you like family), and friendship (they are not just co-workers, they are friends inside and outside of work). Outside of work Scott enjoys spending time with his wife Becky and their two daughters at their cottage, fishing, boating, and hiking.
Martin King

Martin joined FyterTech in 2018 and worked as an Operations Manager at the UK facility based in Greater Manchester before being promoted to Plant Manager in 2019. Martin took over the UK site at an exciting time, as the company had to diversify into new products to assist the UK government in their fight against a global pandemic. His passion and dedication to see the company progress and become a market leader is always at the forefront of his mind! Martin encourages the team to always go the extra mile to improve and provide the best service possible to customers all over the UK and Europe. Away from work, Martin enjoys spending time with his wife and twin boys. He is a big fan of sports, and particularly loves to watch the local Ice Hockey team, the Manchester Storm.
Mike Klos

Mike is currently the Plant Manager at FyterTech’s De Pere, Wisconsin facility. While Ontario, Canada will always be home, he has had the pleasure of working and living in different parts of the world including managing the FyterTech UK facility for six years. Mike joined FyterTech through a corporate acquisition and that exciting atmosphere continues to surround him as we have grown over the years. One of the many reasons Mike is enthusiastic about FyterTech is because it has a great organizational culture which puts our employees and customers at the forefront of the business. During Mike’s down time he enjoys spending it with friends, family and his dog Amber which has been at his side throughout the entire journey. Mike loves to sail, bike, hike and spend time in hot climates. You will often find Mike cheering for the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Blackhawks.

Steve has been entrenched in the wiper and rag business for over 40 years and currently manages the wiper and rag division of FyterTech Nonwovens. He resides in Jackson, TN. with his wife Meredith. They have 2 children, 3 grandchildren and their dog Hazel. Steve enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, hunting, fishing, scuba diving and is an avid runner. Being from Tennessee, he is a big Tennessee Titans, Memphis Grizzles and Nashville Predators fan. He has a passion for travel and has visited all 50 states and 36 foreign countries.
